PLEASE NOTE: Broward County Animal Care will NOT mail you a Pet Registration Tag until we receive proof-- by a current Rabies Certificate-- that your pet has a received a rabies vaccination administered by a licensed veterinarian.

You have three options for submitting your current Rabies Certificate to us:

1. Fax a copy of your Rabies Certificate to 954-359-1008 (Attention: Web Lic), or
2. Mail a copy to Animal Care, Web Lic, 1 N. University Dr. Box 302, Plantation, FL 33324, or
3. Email a scanned copy to Animal_Care@broward.org.

If your pet has received a three (3) year rabies vaccination, you may purchase a three (3) year Pet Registration Tag. The three (3) year tag must be purchased within the first year, otherwise you must purchase a one (1) year Registration Tag for each of the remaining two years.

Registration fees, once paid, are nonrefundable or transferable.
