Wilhel Dorothene Kelly-Hoilett, was born in Saint Ann Jamaica. She migrated to the US in 1976 and graduated Cum Laude from Saint Thomas University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership.

Wilhel Kelly-Hoilett was employed with Grainger Industrial Supply from 1990 as a Branch Manager. She was responsible for the development of direct reports, merchandising, inventory, logistics, customer service and sales. After 20 years of managing, she decided to purse her passion of the arts and marry both experience and love together. She continues to hone in on her strengths and leadership towards the areas of arts and culture.  Wilhel Kelly-Hoilett is a widow and lives in Miramar FL.
