The Arts Education and Advocacy Committees of the Broward Cultural Council work in partnership to engage the community in education and advocacy in support of arts education at the local, state and federal levels.

While most people understand the importance of arts education, they may not realize that children in particular are not getting enough. The Arts Education and Advocacy Committees are bringing attention to and taking action to address this need by championing essential funding and supportive policies to advance quality, accessible arts education building and strengthening partnerships to expand the reach of advocacy efforts.
