Conflict: Part of Everyday Life

Participants will learn and practice how to address conflict in ways that will lead to positive outcomes for all involved parties. This course focuses on win/win resolutions of conflict.

Difficult Conversations

Simple. Direct. Powerful. Effective. Is this how you would describe your ability to communicate during difficult times? What do you say to a colleague who frequently interrupts you? Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the key ingredient to the success of any organization. It is the ability to perceive emotions and the ability to create a successful, satisfying life through appropriate management of emotions and expressions. This course addresses personal responsibility for managing emotions and both verbal and non-verbal communication. It emphasizes the importance of effective interactions with co-workers and customers and demonstrates a unique approach to understanding others.

Find It, Fix It – Fast!

Proofreading is not just for support staff anymore, especially in today’s changing environment of doing more with less. Speed and efficiency count for a lot in the workplace – so does accuracy! Increasing Your Positive Visibility

Listening Skills: Listening With Your Eyes and Ears

Further, studies have shown that poor listening skills are often the cause of mistakes and problems that cost organizations more than $1 billion a day. This interactive “ears-and-eyes-on” presentation is designed to strengthen the listening skills of participants by providing them with “tips and tools” to help them in their everyday interactions with others.
