When developing PowerPoint presentations do you find that you're bored
with the same old bulleted list? Think about it, if you're bored then your
audience will be bored too.
There’s an alternative available that can convey the information in a
way that is more visually interesting than plain black bullets. Try putting
your information in shapes.
Turning this:
Into this:
First, you’ll need to decide what shape you want to use from the
list available on the HOME ribbon. Click the down
arrow for the complete list.
Right click on the shape and select EDIT TEXT or
ADD TEXT and type in your information. Choose font
and type size.
You also have the option of adding other effects such as color,
shadowing and 3D using the SHAPE menus on the right
side of the ribbon. You can put together something that gets your
point across using a unique style all your own.
