easyPay is Broward County’s payroll system of the future! easyPay brings the many systems and processes that result in a Broward County employee’s paycheck under one umbrella, and offers an easy way to communicate changes about them.
|ePay Statement is on the Way
Soon employees will be able to view their ePay Statement online, anytime, anywhere - replacing paper paystubs. Confidential and secure access to your statement is through a unique employee ID number and password. The new statement provides all the information the current blue paper paystub provides, plus much more, including a summary statement of the total value of your benefits, and total compensation with benefits year to date. Testing of the new statement will begin in late July, followed by a countywide launch in August. Stay tuned for details!

Accurate Data Collection is Key to easyPay’s Success
easyPay will bring every employee’s payroll-related data together in one place, in an Employee Master Record Database. From June 24 through July 16, payroll liaisons will collect and enter the data into a special application designed specifically for this purpose. Around July 24, ETS will compile the data into agency level reports for management validation. The accuracy of this data is critical since it lays the groundwork for a successful easyPay implementation.
