The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of Broward County’s best-kept secrets. EAP counselors provide support services to employees and their immediate families in times of need or crisis. Participation in the program is voluntary and completely confidential, and the many services offered are free.

The program works to improve the quality of life of County employees and their families, both at home and on the job. EAP provides a variety of services, including assessment, referral, counseling, and case management services; prevention and education services; management consultation; and organizational development services.
