A regular meeting of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida, will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at 5:30p.m., in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, located at 110 N.E. 3rd Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

MOTION TO APPROVE staff and board members to attend the Florida Association of Local Housing Finance Authorities (FLALHFA) Educational Conference in Orlando, from July 14-17, 2010.

5. Request Letter of Interest (RLI) – HFA Trustee Services

MOTION TO APPROVE Request Letters of Interest (RLI) No. 20101231-TS-1 to seek applications for the HFA Trustee Services and approve the proposed timeline.

6. Multifamily Bond Allocation (Monterra Apartments & Sorento) 

A.  MOTION TO APPROVE in concept the transfer to Florida Housing Finance Corporation (“FHFC”) HFA private activity bond allocation in an amount up to $5,000,000 per development for Monterra Apartments and Sorrento at Miramar (the “Projects), subject to a final bond structure substantially as outlined within this agenda item.
B.  MOTION TO APPROVE an Inter-local Agreement for the Projects and any other matters that are required by the HFA Board.
