This Program provides a grant to eligible homeowners in the Neighborhood Improvement Project to be applied to the cost of connecting to a water supply and sewage discharge system being installed in those areas. The State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds this program for low and moderate income households.

Water/Sewer Program

Provides financial and technical assistance to eligible homeowners for connection to newly installed water systems, sewer systems, or to have water leaks repaired to prevent excessive water consumption. Additionally, funds may be used to take care of those minor items associated with the water/sewer connection or leak repairs.

The program is funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for low and moderate income households.

This is a countywide program for eligible areas.
