The program provides assistance to adults over the age of 55, who have psychiatric disabilities and/or substance abuse disorders. Services include:
- Case Management
- Outreach and Prevention Services
- Substance Abuse Aftercare Services
- Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment
Eligibility qualification criteria for the services provided by this program are determined by factors such as age and Florida’s priority population criteria.
