Eight shelters are available at Markham Park for picnics and other special events. To ensure a shelter is available on your special date, reserve it in advance through the park office at 954-357-8868. A cleanup/security deposit is also required on the day of use.

	The Corporate Shelter is an extra-large shelter with a capacity of 250+. It is conveniently located next to a volleyball court and the tennis and racquetball courts. It has water, multiple electrical outlets, and three charcoal grills. Restrooms are on site. There is ample parking for large groups.
	Shelter One is a large shelter with a capacity of 80. There is electricity, water, and a charcoal grill. The shelter also offers access to a volleyball court, an open field, and ample parking for large groups.
	Shelter Two is a medium shelter with a capacity of 60. It is located within convenient distance of a volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, a playground, an open field, restrooms, and parking. Water and electricity are available as well as a charcoal grill.
	Shelter Three is a medium shelter with a capacity of 60. It is conveniently located near a volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, a playground, an open field, restrooms, and parking. Water and electricity are available, and it includes a charcoal grill.
	Shelter Four is a medium shelter that can accommodate 60 people. Although water is available, there is no electricity. This shelter is located near the marina. Ample parking is available. A charcoal grill is installed on site.
	Shelter Five is a large shelter with a capacity of 80. Electricity and water are available. This shelter is conveniently located near the marina, a volleyball court, and the tennis and racquetball courts. A horseshoe pit and restrooms are nearby. Ample parking is available.
	Shelter Six is a small shelter that can accommodate 24. There is no water or electricity available. A charcoal grill is installed on site. This shelter is conveniently located near the marina and the tennis and racquetball courts. Restrooms and parking are nearby.
	Shelter Seven is a medium shelter with a capacity of 60. Electricity and water are available. This shelter is conveniently located near a volleyball court, the marina, and the tennis and racquetball courts. A charcoal grill is installed on site.
