**All fees are subject to applicable Florida sales tax, except the gate admission fees.**

Rental Funbrellas accommodate up to 30 guests. They are located at Lakeview Marina (A-B), basketball courts (C-D), and outside Splash Adventure (Funbrellas E-G).

Funbrellas A-G (basketball courts, Lakeview Marina, Splash Adventure) offer the following: four tables (6' x 5'), two trash cans, and one 1,368-square-inch charcoal grill.

Funbrella Rental Fees (for all locations):
Weekday fee for all-day rental: $35
Weekend fee for all-day rental: $75
Holiday fee for all-day rental: $75
 
Security Deposit: $50 
The security/cleanup deposit is to be paid the day of your event, prior to setting up your Funbrella, and will be refunded the same day providing the following terms have been met:
1. All garbage has been removed from the ground.
2. All garbage has been placed in trash cans.
3. All food has been removed from barbecue grills. 
4. All decorations and tape/affixers have been removed.
5. Charcoal in grills has been spread out to ensure extinguishing.
6. Charcoal has not been taken out of grill.
7. Charcoal has not been placed on the ground or in garbage cans.
8. Area around Funbrella has been cleaned up (no garbage/trash on ground).
9. All tables removed from Funbrella have been placed back within Funbrella, in an orderly fashion.
10. No music has been played and no inflatables have been used.

Gate Admission Fee: Charged on weekends and designated county holidays. There is a $1.50-per-person gate admission fee (children 5 and under free).

Prepaid Gate Admission Passes: Prepaid gate admission passes can be purchased at the park office at least 14 days in advance of your event date to ensure ample time for distribution of passes. Prepaid passes cannot be distributed on the day of the event at the entrance gate.
