Walk your way to better health with this free self-guided walking program that will help you:
  • Walk safely and comfortably
  • Improve your flexibility, strength, and stamina
  • Reduce pain and feel great
  • Build your confidence to be physically active

Walk With Ease can benefit any adult 55 and older who is looking to make his or her life better through walking. Improving your overall health begins with the first step!

The inaugural six-week session of the program - a partnership between Broward County Parks and Recreation Division and Health Foundation of South Florida - kicks off on Monday, October 29, from 9 to 11 a.m. For more information, call the park of your choice, listed below, or visit www.hfsf.org or www.healthyagingsf.org.
