• License fee of $200

• We accept cash (in person only), check, credit card (PDF) (except American Express) or money order. Make checks payable to: Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
  
  
• We only regulate whether statements made on your disclosure form represent actual procedures in your establishment. We do not determine the religious legitimacy or acceptability of your establishment.
  
  
• Licenses expire annually on September 30
