The Broward County Purchasing Division is responsible for the sale and disposition of all County surplus property. This 24-hour electronic surplus auction site was established to assist the public in the procurement of surplus property. The public is invited and encouraged to bid on any of the items posted here.

Those who wish to view as well as bid on surplus items must first register by completing the online registration. Items on sale are listed here and the site is updated on a regular basis. You are encouraged to check back frequently. Products that are frequently listed include automobiles and light trucks.

All property is sold “as is” and “where is.” The County makes no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to the operation or condition of any piece of equipment. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. The County reserves the right to remove any item from sale.

There are no automatic extensions. Bids will not be accepted after the posted bid closing time. The system does not have an auto refresh feature; therefore, bidders must manually refresh their screens to view the most current bid.

After registering, please be sure to carefully read all of the Terms and Conditions posted as well as any special instructions that may pertain to a particular item.
