How To Become A Registered Vendor with Broward County
Vendors must register with Broward County in order to receive notice of current solicitations. Vendors can register with Broward County online ONLY through our Vendor Self Service (VSS) site at https://bcvss.broward.org.

Prior to submitting a new registration, please have the following information available:
- Tax ID Number
- Legal Business Name and DBA (“Doing Business As”), if different from Legal Name. The name used should match the name on your invoices.
- Contact Information (name, address, email address, phone, and fax number) for your Account Administrator, Ordering/Sales location, and your Payment/Accounts Receivable location.
- Commodity Codes which reflect the goods/services your company can provide to the county. View a list of available commodity codes (PDF)
Once you have activated your account, you can log in to the site by entering the User ID and Password you’ve established. You can then make basic changes to your account such as address, contact information, and commodity codes.
How To "Activate" An Existing Account in Vendor Self-Service (VSS)
If you are already registered as a vendor with Broward County, but have not used the VSS site, please follow the instructions for Activation
to create a user id and password. You will only be able to activate your account if Broward County has a W-9 form on file for your company. If the system does not accept your TAX ID number when attempting to activate your account, please send an email to BCVSS@broward.org to request further instructions.

How To Report Monthly Participation Goal Utilization

If you currently have a contract with Broward County and Participation Goals have been assigned to that contract, you now have the option of reporting your monthly utilization information electronically through the iContractsCentral application. If you are a sub vendor certified through the Small Business Development Division and working on a Broward County contract with Participation Goals you can perform payment verifications through the iContractsCentral application. |
