Broward County to Commemorate a Decade of Electronic Recording
Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division will commemorate a decade of
paperless, fully electronic official records document recording this spring. The
County expects to exceed 1 million electronically recorded documents by this
summer. Official records include deeds, mortgages, satisfaction of mortgages,
agreements, liens, notices and other documents that effect property ownership in

Parking Lot Kiosk Offers “Drive-Through” Service to Pay Property Taxes
Residents can save time, avoid long lines and reduce parking congestion and fees while making property tax payments by using Broward County’s drive-through kiosk, located in the parking lot of the Governmental Center Annex building, 115 S. 2013 Property Taxes Must be Paid by March 31
Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury Division will mail more than 422,000 property tax bills for 2013 by the end of October. Property taxes must be paid no later than March 31, 2014, to avoid penalties and delinquency fees, but may be paid as early as November 1, 2013, to take advantage of discounts. More...
