UTILITY ANALYSIS ZONE (UAZ) IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Summary
The Utility Analysis Zone (UAZ) Improvement Program includes an area of 1,479 acres. The planned improvements include 54 miles of pipeline. The first UAZ construction project started in 2009.

UTILITY ANALYSIS ZONE 124
Utility Analysis Zone 124 is located in the City of Lauderdale Lakes. The project consists of replacing existing vitrified clay sanitary sewer pipes and existing water pipes to bring them up to current standards. (Commission District 9)
UTILITY ANALYSIS ZONES 307 AND 315
Utility Analysis Zones 307 and 315 are located in the City of Dania Beach. The project consists of installing new sewer pipes and replacing the existing water system to bring them up to current standards. (Commission District 7)

Utility Analysis Zone 310 is located in the City of Dania Beach. The project consists of replacing the existing water system to bring it up to current standards. The existing sanitary sewer system will remain in place. (Commission District 7)
