Governor Rick Scott Leads Trade Mission to Chile
Gov. Rick Scott and Enterprise Florida invite Florida businesses to participate in a TEAM Florida trade mission to Santiago, Chile on May 20-23, 2013. The mission will feature a business matchmaking program. Fees apply to participate in this mission. Grants covering 100% of registration fees are available through an initiative with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Gold Key Registration ends March 25, 2013; Delegate registration ends April 10, 2013. Space is limited to 20 Florida companies - first come, first served. More...    

Quick Response Air Cargo Training Opportunity
Cargo Network Service (CNS), a company of the International Air Transportation Association (IATA), is approved by Workforce Florida to provide air cargo training in partnership with Broward College under the state funded Quick Response Training (QRT) grant. All companies interested in participating must register and identify specific courses of interest, desired training dates, location and names of employees who will attend.

Target Sector Trade Grant Program Offered
The U.S. Small Business Administration funds the Target Sector Trade Grant program which provides event-specific grants on a reimbursable basis to eligible small companies in one of Enterprise Florida's target sectors.

International Buyers Program Trade Show Schedule Released
The U.S. Commercial Service's International Buyers Program annually recruits qualified foreign buyers, sales representatives and business partners to U.S. Trade Shows. These events provide an opportunity for domestic firms to expand into global markets. The IBP has recently released the 2013 Trade Show Schedule and will soon begin accepting applications for the 2014 program.
