Property Tax Bills Due by March 31
Broward County Records, Taxes
and Treasury Division has mailed more than 400,000
property tax bills. Property taxes must be paid no
later than March 31, to pay without penalty and
avoid delinquency. A 3 percent discount applies in
December; a 2 percent discount in January; and a 1
percent discount in February. Approximately 12,000
property owners in ZIP codes 33330 to 33351 did not

Wilton Manors. Discount dates for affected
homeowners will be adjusted. If you are not in the
affected areas, the original discount periods and
deadlines will apply. For more information on 2010
